Refund policy

Operator and contact. This Refund Policy applies to Vozira SMS, operated personally by LIUSHIJIE. Send refund or payment questions to gzlikenmz@gmail.com with the relevant order or payment reference, but never send passwords or full payment credentials.

Wallet top-ups. A verified top-up is credited to the USD wallet ledger. Wallet value is for purchases on the service, cannot be transferred to another user, and is not withdrawable as cash. If a payment is duplicated, misapplied, or charged without authorization, contact support promptly so the event can be verified.

Unfulfilled purchases. When a purchase definitely fails before a number is allocated, reserved wallet funds are released to the available balance. If the outcome is uncertain, the reservation remains in place while the order is reconciled; the system does not automatically retry or create a duplicate order.

Fulfilled purchases. Once a number is allocated and the order becomes active, fulfillment has started and the wallet charge is generally final. A message not arriving, a service changing its acceptance rules, or a user no longer needing the number does not by itself create an automatic refund.

Reports and compensation. You may submit a report from the account area. Vozira SMS will review available order, message, and audit records. When compensation is appropriate, it is issued as an audited wallet credit. Review does not guarantee compensation and does not alter rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Payment reversals. Chargebacks, network refunds, partial payments, wrong-network payments, and conflicting callbacks require review. The service will not silently debit an already credited wallet solely because a later callback reports a reversal.

Timing. Please report an issue as soon as reasonably possible while relevant records remain available. SMS bodies are normally retained for seven days, although non-content transaction and audit records may remain longer.
