Refund Policy

Q: Can I get a refund?

Long-term numbers and renewals are non-refundable once paid. For a temporary number, use the cancellation option shown on the order to request cancellation if no code has arrived. When cancellation succeeds, the charge returns to your Vozira balance. If no code arrives before the expiry time shown on the order, the charge is returned to your Vozira balance automatically. Background processing may delay the balance update after the countdown reaches zero. No refund after a code is received. If a purchase does not produce a number, the charge returns to your balance. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your payment method.

Refunds on Vozira return to your Vozira balance. They cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method or any other account.

1. Wallet balance

Balance added to Vozira can only be used on this site. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method or any other account. Unused balance may be carried forward indefinitely. Amounts returned to your Vozira balance under this policy are treated the same way.

2. Long-term numbers

Long-term numbers are non-refundable once purchased. Renewal payments for existing numbers are also non-refundable.

3. Temporary numbers

If no verification code has arrived and the order shows a cancellation option, you can use that option to request cancellation. When the cancellation succeeds, the charge returns to your Vozira balance. If no code arrives before the expiry time shown on the order, the charge is returned to your Vozira balance automatically. Processing continues in the background after expiry, so the balance update may not appear immediately when the countdown reaches zero. No refund is available after a code is received.

4. Unsuccessful purchases

If a purchase does not produce a number (for example, out of stock or a failed order), the charge returns to your Vozira balance.
