Choose the service, country, number type and access period. Review the unit price, quantity, validity and total on the confirmation screen. Options, availability and quotes can change; an old screenshot or order is not a current quote.
First Activation, Restart Card and Renewal Card are different catalog purchases. They do not replace renewal of an existing number. Read the buying and prefix guide.
Adding balance does not purchase a number. A purchase deducts the charge shown in the order you confirm.
Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your payment method. If the current minimum cannot be retrieved, retry or contact support. Do not treat $15 as the final minimum for every currency.
Renewal is a separate charge from the initial purchase. Open the original long-term order in your dashboard, check eligibility and review its renewal quote and resulting expiry.

One month and three months are renewal units, not fixed 30-day or 90-day periods. Availability depends on order eligibility and service status; the actual expiry returned on the order governs. Canada has no standard renewal, and Australia renewal is unavailable. Temporary sessions do not use this table.
Review the service, product restrictions and validity. A listing does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept the number or send an SMS. For important accounts, set up other recovery options where that platform allows them.
No number being displayed does not confirm purchase failure. Check the original order first. If the result is pending or unknown, contact support before buying or renewing again. Any confirmed released charge or refund follows the original order and returns to your Vozira balance.
