Contact support
Include your order ID, the time of the issue and any relevant screenshots so we can review it. Do not send passwords, API keys or unrelated private information.
How to buy
Choose your number
Browse the service you need and check the country, number type, card category, product details and current price.
Sign in and top up
Register or sign in, then top up as needed. A top-up adds money to your wallet; buying a number deducts the order amount from that balance. These are separate steps. Check the current recharge page for the applicable minimum.
Review and confirm
Check the service, quantity, available validity options and order total before confirming. The initial number purchase and later renewal are charged separately.
Receive SMS in your order
Find the number, messages for the selected service and actual expiry time in your order. Follow-up codes can be received during its validity; the destination platform decides whether to accept the number and send a code.
Choose a card type
These descriptions explain the current catalog categories; they do not verify the history of each individual number. Review the specific product details before buying.
Restart Card
The phone number has been sold by the carrier before. This category alone does not tell you whether anyone used it for a particular service.
Renew Card
The number has previously been purchased for the selected service. This does not guarantee that an account still exists there: the previous buyer may never have used it or may have changed their linked number before expiry.
Check the validity
- United States (Non-VOIP) numbers are physical SIM numbers with no selectable validity: random, about 1 month, not a fixed 30 days from purchase. Hong Kong virtual numbers have one option of up to 1 month. Other virtual numbers offer the validity options shown on the page.
- The expiry time shown in your order takes priority. Do not infer a fixed 30 or 90 days from a carrier listing date, purchase date or card category.
- View and receive SMS for the selected service during the order’s validity. A card category does not guarantee that a platform will accept the number or that a verification message will arrive.
Renew a number you already own
Standard US VoIP renewal costs $1.50 per month for eligible orders. The initial number purchase is charged separately. For other number types and available renewal units, use the current quote in the order.
- Renewal depends on the number, order eligibility and current service availability. Not every number can be renewed.
- Before confirming, check the available action, renewal fee and renewal unit in the original order. After renewal completes, view the updated order expiry time. Check in advance if you need continued use; recovery after expiry is not guaranteed.
- Buying a Restart Card does not guarantee the same number you had before. Buying a Renew Card does not extend a number you already own.
Before you buy
- Check the service, country, number type, card category, current price and any registration or after-sales restrictions in the product name and description.
- Previously purchased does not mean an account was registered. A First Card is not a guarantee that no platform has ever used the number. Vozira provides numbers for receiving SMS, not ready-made accounts on other platforms.
If something goes wrong
- Check the current order status, product restrictions and help information first. Note your order ID and when the issue occurred.
- If payment or number delivery is awaiting review, do not place another order or repeat the renewal. Contact support to check the original order.
- Not receiving an SMS does not mean an automatic refund. Follow the current product details and existing rules, and contact support for review.
