Operator and contact. Vozira SMS is operated personally by LIUSHIJIE. Privacy requests may be sent to gzlikenmz@gmail.com.
Data we process. We process account email and language preference, authentication and security records, wallet and verified payment metadata when a payment channel is available, order and number-allocation records, support reports, audit events, and SMS content retained for the service.
Why we process it. We use this data to provide requested features, secure accounts, maintain the auditable wallet ledger, investigate abuse and support requests, comply with applicable obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell SMS content or account data.
Retention and security. SMS bodies are envelope-encrypted and normally retained for seven days, then crypto-shredded and deleted under the retention process. Application logs exclude SMS bodies, payment tokens, access credentials, and secrets. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, audit, dispute handling, or applicable obligations.
Specialized services and transfers. Hosting, communications, payment, security, and number-delivery services may process only the information needed for their function and may operate in different locations. We use access controls, minimization, and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service. A payment service receives data only when its channel is enabled and you choose it.
Your choices. You may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by contacting the support address. Some ledger, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may need to be retained. Browser cookies used for authentication and request security are necessary for signed-in functions.
Policy changes. Material changes will be published with a new revision and effective date. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance where permitted; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
