Terms of service

Operator and contact. Vozira SMS is operated personally by LIUSHIJIE. Questions or notices may be sent to gzlikenmz@gmail.com.

Service. Vozira SMS provides access to virtual-number products and retained messages shown in your account. Inventory, supported services, prices, renewal capability, and validity periods may change. An order is complete only when the account shows an active allocation; delivery is not guaranteed.

Accounts and security. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, complete required verification, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable rules provide otherwise.

Wallet and orders. Amounts are recorded in USD. A purchase may reserve wallet funds while the result is being confirmed. A definite failure releases the reservation; an uncertain result remains reserved for reconciliation to prevent duplicate orders or credits. Displayed expiry comes from the fulfilled order record.

Payments. A payment channel is available only when the site explicitly shows it as enabled. Payment return pages never credit a wallet by themselves; credit follows a verified callback and ledger posting. Wallet value cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash.

Refunds and reports. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Completed number allocations are generally final because fulfillment starts immediately. Users may submit a report for review. Any approved compensation is recorded as an audited wallet-ledger adjustment rather than an automatic cash refund.

Acceptable use and suspension. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable obligations. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with a valid requirement, or protect service integrity.

Availability and responsibility. Maintenance, network conditions, inventory changes, and external services can interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care, to the extent permitted.

Changes and contact. Material changes will be published with a revision and effective date. Contact support before continued use if you do not accept a change. These terms do not name an exclusive court, arbitration forum, or governing jurisdiction; mandatory rules that apply to you remain unaffected.
