1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vozira SMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Vozira SMS provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Number type, supported service, usage restrictions and validity are as stated in the product and order information. Eligible numbers may be extended for a fee under the prices and rules shown on the page; not all number types support renewal.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Vozira SMS for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Payments & Refunds

1. Wallet balance: Balance added to Vozira can only be used on this site. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method or any other account. Unused balance may be carried forward indefinitely.
2. Long-term numbers: Long-term numbers are non-refundable once purchased. Renewal payments for existing numbers are also non-refundable.
3. Temporary numbers: If no verification code has arrived and the order shows a cancellation option, you can use that option to request cancellation. When the cancellation succeeds, the charge returns to your Vozira balance. If no code arrives before the expiry time shown on the order, the charge is returned to your Vozira balance automatically. Processing continues in the background after expiry, so the balance update may not appear immediately when the countdown reaches zero. No refund is available after a code is received.
4. Unsuccessful purchases: If a purchase does not produce a number (for example, out of stock or a failed order), the charge returns to your Vozira balance.

Amounts returned to your Vozira balance are also subject to point 1. For questions about an order or your balance, contact support via Telegram or email with your order ID.

5. Service Availability

The service may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, changes in number availability, or third-party platform rules. Number availability can vary by country, service, and time.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
