US non-VoIP validity is random, about one month—not a fixed 30 days after purchase. Hong Kong has an initial option of up to one month. Other eligible categories show selectable validity ranges. The actual order expiry governs. Renewal is a separate purchase for eligible existing orders; Canada has no standard renewal and Australia renewal is unavailable.
A purchased number can only receive SMS for the selected service. Choose the product that matches the platform you need.
After purchase, view the number and verification code under “My Numbers → Long-term numbers” in the dashboard. Saved messages are available under “SMS History”. After requesting a code, check and use it promptly.
For US products that explicitly include voice verification, the system can answer the call and display a text transcription after it ends. This voice service has no extra charge and supports last-six-digit codes and interactive keypad prompts. Check the selected product notes; ordinary SMS listings do not automatically include incoming calls.
If your service is not listed, contact support to ask whether it can be added. The public homepage demo is for non-sensitive testing and does not establish availability for paid service-specific products.
Long-term numbers and renewals are non-refundable once paid.
“First activation”, “Restart card”, and “Renewal card” are purchase categories. Renew a number you already own from its original order.
Temporary numbers are for one verification with the selected service and have a 20-minute session. Two minutes after number activation, if Vozira has received no SMS and the order offers a cancellation option, you can request cancellation. The original charge returns to your Vozira balance only when cancellation is confirmed. If Vozira has received no SMS by the order’s 20-minute expiry, the original charge is automatically returned to your balance. The same purchase is refunded at most once. Processing and balance updates may be delayed. No refund is available after Vozira has received an SMS for the order. If the outcome is unclear, check the original order or contact support before buying again.

Your current email stays active until verification is complete.
We collect your name, email address and payment transaction IDs when you register or recharge. With your permission, internal measurement stores a hash of a random browser identifier, the first public page source category, path, language and time, linked to successful registration. Measurement does not store full referrer URLs, search terms, query parameters, IP addresses, browser fingerprints or SMS content. We do not store card details or crypto wallet private keys.
Information is used for account management, orders, support and internal acquisition measurement. Administrators see aggregate reports; this measurement data is not sent to third-party analytics services. We do not sell your information.
We process SMS content delivered to your virtual number to display messages and extract verification codes when possible, and store it with the related order and SMS history. Service partners may process this data as needed to deliver the service. Authorized administrators may access these records when needed to operate, secure, or support the service.
Local or session storage keeps you signed in. Visit measurement waits for your choice. After you allow it, first-party cookies and a random browser identifier last up to 30 days; your browser saves your measurement preference. You can decline later through Visit statistics settings. Declining or a GPC/DNT signal stops future measurement and clears measurement cookies and the local visitor identifier, without affecting registration or purchases. We use no third-party tracking cookies. Clearing cookies and site storage resets the browser record.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
Visitor details are used only for the most recent 210 days. Older details are removed in batches during subsequent collection; removal does not run immediately when collection stops. Historical source records linked to accounts are treated as account data. A maintenance process can remove SMS history older than seven days; the latest SMS stored with an order is separate. Account, order and payment records have no single automatic deletion period. Contact support to request deletion; some records may need to be retained.

Vozira SMS provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Number type, supported service, usage restrictions and validity are as stated in the product and order information. Eligible numbers may be extended for a fee under the prices and rules shown on the page; not all number types support renewal.
You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Vozira SMS for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
1. Wallet balance: Balance added to Vozira can only be used on this site. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method or any other account. Unused balance may be carried forward indefinitely.
2. Long-term numbers: Long-term numbers are non-refundable once purchased. Renewal payments for existing numbers are also non-refundable.
3. Temporary numbers: Temporary numbers are for one verification with the selected service and have a 20-minute session. Two minutes after number activation, if Vozira has received no SMS and the order offers a cancellation option, you can request cancellation. 4. Unsuccessful purchases: For a confirmed failed purchase, any released charge or refund is handled according to the original order. No number being displayed does not by itself confirm failure. If the outcome is pending or unknown, check the original order and contact support before buying or renewing again.
Amounts returned to your Vozira balance are also subject to point 1. For questions about an order or your balance, contact support via Telegram or email with your order ID.
The service may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, changes in number availability, or third-party platform rules. Number availability can vary by country, service, and time.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
