You must not use numbers or messages to bypass another service's rules, create deceptive or unauthorized accounts, impersonate others, distribute malware, obtain protected information without permission, or interfere with networks or users.

You must not resell access without written permission, automate abusive traffic, probe the platform, evade limits or suspensions, or use content involving exploitation, threats, or unlawful goods or services.
