We collect your name, email address, and payment transaction IDs when you register or recharge. For internal acquisition reporting, we also record the first public-page source category, page path and time, linked to your account after registration. This report does not store full referrer URLs, search terms, query parameters, IP addresses or SMS content. We do not store credit card or crypto wallet private keys.

Your information is used for account management, order processing, customer support and internal acquisition reporting. Source statistics are shown as aggregates to administrators and are not sent to third-party analytics services. We do not sell your information.

We process SMS content delivered to your virtual number to display messages and extract verification codes when possible, and store it with the related order and SMS history. Service partners may process this data as needed to deliver the service. Authorized administrators may access these records when needed to operate, secure, or support the service.

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in (JWT token). A first-party cookie stores the first visit source for up to 30 days, linked at registration for aggregate source and purchase reporting. Clearing site cookies removes the browser record. We respect GPC or DNT opt-out signals sent by your browser. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

Retention varies by record type. A maintenance process can delete SMS history entries more than seven days old; the latest SMS copy attached to an order is stored separately and is not covered by that history cleanup. The current application does not set one automatic deletion period for account, order, or payment records. Contact support to request deletion; some records may need to be retained where required.

By using Vozira SMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Vozira SMS provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Number type, supported service, usage restrictions and validity are as stated in the product and order information. Eligible numbers may be extended for a fee under the prices and rules shown on the page; not all number types support renewal.

You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Vozira SMS for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

All payments are final. Balance added to your wallet is non-refundable unless a technical error on our side caused the issue. Unused balance may be carried forward indefinitely.

The service may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, changes in number availability, or third-party platform rules. Number availability can vary by country, service, and time.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
